Disney Junior reflects the emotional connection generations of consumers have to Disney storytelling and Disney characters, both classic and contemporary. It invites mom and dad to join their child in the Disney experience of magical, musical and heartfelt stories and characters, while incorporating specific learning and development themes designed for young children. Disney Junior-branded content spans television, online, mobile and VOD platforms.

The daily Disney Junior programming block, launched in February 2011, is available on Disney Channel in over 88 million U.S. homes. The 24-hour Disney Junior channel, launched in March 2012, is available in over 69 million U.S. homes. Globally, Disney Junior is available in 27 languages across 21 visual feeds in 155 countries/territories in nearly 311 million households with a total of 36 channels.
