Nikki Bella Admits Seeing John Cena Move on Will "Kill" Her as She Returns to Napa Post-Breakup

Nikki Bella is making peace with the past.

The WWE superstar is back in Napa Valley in this exclusive clip from Sunday's season finale of Total Bellas. This time around, it appears she and twin sis Brie Bella are visiting the vineyard-lined landscape to kick back with some wine and a good view. Understandably though, it's impossible for Nikki to forget that her last trip to Napa was motivated by very different circumstances.

Almost a year ago, the Bellas traveled to the same picturesque NorCal spot to check out venues ahead of Nikki and John Cena's would-be wedding. The pair called off their engagement a few months later, and Nikki has steered clear of wine country ever since.
"This is the first time I've been back in Napa since my big breakup and I just immediately get all the memories. But a part of me is like, 'OK, Nicole. Now you have to make new memories,'" she tells the confessional camera, as old footage from her and Brie's 2018 location scouting trip flashes across the screen.

As difficult as it is to revisit those memories in such a literal way, it sounds like the Bella Twin is taking it all in stride.

"I think that's why I was crying so much yesterday," Nikki tells Brie. "I feel like it was the first time I'm just fully, like, starting my true grieving and healing process."

So, when her twin asks how Nikki's going to feel seeing John with another woman, she admits it's going to be hard, but she's ready to face it. "No matter what, the next time I see him with someone it's gonna kill me," she says, but that definitely won't stop her from continuing her own post-breakup journey: "I'm ready for a new me. I need it."
As for where to go from here? Hear more about Nikki's personal revelation in the clip above!

Will Nikki Bella Ever Stop Saying "Yes" to More Work? The WWE Superstar Has a Lot to Consider

Even big-time wrestling stars need a break sometimes!

This clip from Sunday's upcoming season finale of Total Bellas catches Nikki Bella during a rare moment of calm—she's sipping wine with family at a cozy outdoor lounge in Napa Valley—before jetting off to the next leg of her WWE comeback tour. Audiences who've followed the Bella Twins' journey back into the ring this season know Nikki can be something of a workaholic, and usually, she seems to like it that way. But at the start of the new clip, it sounds like she's been talking to Brie Bella about easing up on the professional commitments a bit.

"Will you please tell Bryan about our conversation we had earlier? Because he won't believe it when I tell him," Brie tells Nikki, gesturing to her husband Daniel Bryan sitting beside them. "About you slowing down."

John Cena's ex admits that knowing she can only make a cameo at family functions like these before clocking back into work definitely makes her feel like, "'Ugh, I wish I didn't say yes to the tour so I could stay and just enjoy the moment.'"

Still, she explains that being financially independent is a responsibility she takes very seriously.

"When work doesn't come around, I don't have anyone to lean on. Unless I'm gonna knock on the door of my sister or my mom or my brother to be like, 'Hey, I'm homeless and I can't pay rent,'" Nikki tells Brie, Bryan, Kathy Colace and J.J. Garcia. "So I say 'yes' to a lot knowing that I'm just trying…especially in entertainment, we never know when it's gonna end."

"We're not where we were at 12 years ago. It's different now," her sister argues. "Like, you really look at the different opportunities and you think, ‘What is good for me and what can I give 110 percent to?'"

Think Nikki will actually take Brie's words to heart? See her response in the clip above!

Exclusive: Nikki Bella Plans the "Perfect" Pep Rally Before Evolution, But Is Her Twin Feeling the Spirit?

Two, four, six, eight! Evolution is coming and Nikki Bella can't wait.

In this exclusive clip from Sunday's brand-new Total Bellas, the twins head to Central Park for an especially celebratory leg of their pre-Evolution media tour. In the last few days leading up to WWE's historic all-women's pay-per-view program, Nikki plans a pep rally to get her and Brie Bella (not to mention the Bella Army) pumped before the big match.
"I want the most perfect, movie-feel, high-school, colorful pep rally you could ever imagine," says Nikki, describing her "vision" for the fun Bella-centric gathering. Of course, it includes: cheerleaders, mascots and a marching band to boot. And while Ronda Rousey's rising ring nemesis is itching to stop by cheer rehearsal in the new clip, her twin sister doesn't seem to be feeling the school spirit.

"It's so bizarre to me that my sister wants to have a pep rally," Brie tells the confessional camera. "You get everyone in a room all together and do what? Cheer for us? I don't know. Sounds a little stupid to me."

But Nikki is convinced Brie's lack of enthusiasm won't last too long.
"I know the minute my sister attends this [pep rally], she's gonna be like, 'Damn, Nicole. You were so right. Pep rallies are freakin' sick and we should do them all the time.' And I'm gonna be like, 'Yeah, duh. I know,'" the Bella Twin says with a smile.

As for what to expect from the upcoming rally? Check out highlights from cheer practice in the clip above!

Brie Bella Is a Little Freaked Out About Her Big Move to Phoenix on Total Bellas

Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes! There are lots of 'em on the horizon for Brie Bella, and she really needs to talk some things through.

"It's gonna be a long week," Brie tells her sister at the start of this new clip from Sunday's Total Bellas, which finds the WWE superstars enjoying a brief moment of reprieve amid the chaos of their pre-Evolution media tour.

"We have, every day, early days. No sleep," Nikki Bella agrees.
But while Nikki is laser-focused on the twins' exciting professional whirlwind ahead, Brie is a little preoccupied. Those who watched last week's episode know that's understandable, since the 35-year-old mom of one recently made some pretty enormous decisions about her future—like the fact that she'll be retiring from wrestling and moving to Phoenix once her and Nikki's Evolution comeback tour is finished.

Oh, and she's ready to continue growing her family with Daniel Bryan, too.
"I just can't wait for next week to come because it's gonna be, all of a sudden, normal life. Like, being with Birdie every day," says Brie in the clip, referring to her and Bryan's adorable toddler Birdie Danielson. "And it makes me excited to move to Phoenix just to know that I'll have more stability and that things will just feel a little more normal."

Of course—even without the additional stress of touring with WWE— the pro wrestler is still feeling apprehensive about what personal chaos lies ahead.

"I think going back to the ring really taught me where I'm at in my life and where I want to be. But I just don't know what to expect when the second baby comes," Brie admits in a confessional. "I mean, two kids? Birdie feels like two kids so now I'm gonna feel like I have four…So, it freaks me out a little bit. Because am I gonna really lose all of Brie?"

Nikki Bella's Mom Wants Her to "Find Balance"—But the WWE Star Is Too Busy Getting In Shape for Evolution

Nikki Bella knows life is a balancing act, but she still wants to be the last one standing.
In this clip from Sunday's new Total Bellas, the superstar wrestler has been hard at work getting prepped for Evolution, the first-ever WWE pay-per-view event featuring an all-women roster. With such an incredible opportunity to make history at the organization she's called home (at least professionally) for most of the last decade, Nikki really wants to bring her A game. And while her mom Kathy Colace totally understands that, she's also concerned that her daughter might be pushing herself a little too hard.

"I think you're physically and mentally exhausted," says Kathy in the clip. "You want to do such a great job on everything and you will but…"

"Isn't that a good thing?" Nikki cuts in.
"Well, yeah. It's a good thing," her mom replies. "But don't be too hard on yourself."
Despite Kathy's advice, it sounds like Nikki has already made up her mind about what her road to Evolution is going to look like.

"My mom just won't let it go that she really wants me to find balance in my life," says the Bella Twin in a confessional later on. "What people don't understand is, if us women don't deliver, there may never be another all women's pay-per-view. And unless you're in that situation, you just don't understand that pressure."

Hear what else Nikki's mom has to say about her daughter's intense training schedule in the clip above!

"Bryan Moves Like a Sloth!" Watch Brie Bella Hilariously Argue With Her Hubby About How Slow He Is

How many full-grown WWE wrestling champions does it take to un-fasten a seat belt?
More than one, apparently. At least that's how the numbers add up in this silly clip from Sunday's new Total Bellas, which finds Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan a whopping 26 minutes late to family cooking class. How come?
"'Cause of your driving," Brie tells her husband from the passenger seat. "Everyone always blames me when we're late, but they should be blaming you ‘cause usually your norm is 45 on the freeway."
An appalled Bryan claims the accusation is "such a lie," though he does appear to have some sense of where she's coming from in a confessional interview moments later.

"I come from a long line of slow movers. I think it might be genetic," he casually tells the camera. "I move slowly, I drive slowly, I even talk slow and sometimes it frustrates [Brie]."
In this case, it's actually not just Bryan's driving that his wife has a problem with. "Bryan moves like a sloth," she says. "Really slow."
Even after she takes his place in the driver's seat, Bryan manages to apply his leisurely pace to other activities, like locating Brie's wallet and—yep—removing his seat belt.
Count how many seconds it takes Bryan to unbuckle in the clip above!

Daniel Bryan Worries He's Not as "Environmentally Friendly" as He Used to Be on Total Bellas

You are what you eat! And when it comes to sustainability, the planet is essentially what you throw away.

Daniel Bryan knows that. In this clip from Sunday's Total Bellas, he's eager to reduce his carbon footprint and get back to his longstanding eco-conscious ways. Brie Bella does too, though the WWE champ and mother of one is reasonably concerned about logistics during an afternoon trip to the grocery store with her husband. As Bryan and Brie meander through the produce aisle—which, like most grocery stores, features a hefty supply of packaged goods in addition to fresh ones—the prospect of "going greener" seems more and more difficult.

"You know what? Watermelon is yummy and helps with water loss," says Brie, tossing a pre-sliced package of fruit into their shopping cart.

"But if we're gonna get a watermelon, shouldn't we get just a real watermelon, cut it up? Because we're trying to save on plastic?" Bryan asks.

"Are you gonna cut it up today? Because I leave early in the morning," Brie points out.
Bryan agrees to help out with the watermelon, but he's clearly feeling some guilt about their grocery list by the end of the new clip. As his wife notes, "everything's packaged, so it's kind of tough" to shop sustainably.

"My husband's been really disappointed lately because he feels like he hasn't been as environmentally friendly in his lifestyle as he used to be. And I'll agree. It's hard when you travel a lot," Brie explains. "Because we're busy all the time, we've kind of let those things go."

As for what to do about that? Find out how the Bella twin plans to help ease her hubby's conscience in the clip above!

Exclusive! Peter Kraus Woos Nikki Bella With a Surprise Care Package on Total Bellas: "He's Really Smooth!"

It's the gift that keeps on giving! Or the man who keeps giving great gifts, anyway.
Eligible bachelor Peter Kraus outdoes himself in this exclusive clip from Sunday's brand new Total Bellas, and Nikki Bella certainly takes notice. As do Brie Bella, Kathy Colace and Daniel Bryan, who take turns fawning over a stacked care package from Peter that quite literally has Nikki's name written all over it.

"Nicole, you just got a package…from Peter!" Brie swoons at the start of the clip. "He told me he wanted to send to something, so I was like, 'Just send it to my house.'"
Her twin is a little apprehensive about the unexpected box of goodies—until she sees what's inside. After reading aloud the sweet note that accompanies it, Nikki unveils the contents of Peter's surprise with an audible gasp.

"Every kind of black licorice!" announces the WWE star, who's clearly feeling touched by Peter's thoughtful gesture.

In a confessional, Nikki admits that the former Bachelorette contestant (who wined and dined her during an equally thoughtful first date last week) is definitely making a good impression, at least. She also explains exactly why this particular care package feels so special:

"Because Peter didn't bring my favorite licorice last time, he shipped out every type of brand of black licorice to me," says the Bella twin, referencing the bouquet of flowers and candy Peter brought to Brie's house ahead of his evening with Nikki. "That was just the cutest, sweetest thing ever. I have to give it to Peter. He's really smooth."

But is it enough to earn him a second date? See what Nikki's family thinks in the clip above!

LOL! Watch Nikki Bella Wake Up Brie After Her First Date With Peter Kraus on Total Bellas

Nikki Bella needs girl talk STAT…but is Brie Bella up for it at 12:46 in the morning?

In this clip from Sunday's all-new Total Bellas, the single Bella Twin heads to her sister's home after an eventful date with The Bachelorette's Peter Kraus. While Birdie Danielson's mom is eager to hear about Nikki's outing, she isn't thrilled that the recap is happening after midnight.

"Well, how was your date?" the mother of one asks her sister. "I mean, you woke me up. You're in my house."

Although Nikki informs Brie that her date "was great," the wrestling maven is clearly unimpressed with the lack of specifics. As you may recall, Brie is the one who set Nikki up with the Bachelor nation veteran.

After seemingly sensing Brie's frustration, Nikki notes she's "gonna head out."
"Nicole! You literally just woke me up," Brie defends as her sister gets up to leave.

As to not pick a fight with Brie, Nikki encourages the mother of one to "go back to sleep." Nonetheless, the single wrestler is somewhat sad when she can't gab with her twin.
"I'm kind of disappointed right now," John Cena's ex shares in a confessional. "I just wanted to talk to my sister about the date, to tell her how it went, but Brie doesn't want to talk to me."

Understandably, Nikki feels "awkward" and decides it's best to just head to bed.
"It's a little bit of a buzzkill," Nikki concludes later on. "I'm not gonna lie."

EXCLUSIVE! See Peter Kraus Seriously Impress Nikki Bella & Her Family Before Their Romantic Date

Nikki Bella isn't the only one swooning over Peter Kraus' good looks!
In this exclusive clip from Sunday's new episode of Total Bellas, the handsome Bachelorette hunk arrives to Brie Bella's home to take Nikki on a date and has the Bella Twins' entire family in awe...even Brie's hubby Daniel Bryan!

"First of all I just want to say Peter is hot!" Bryan says after greeting Peter at the door. "As a man, as a straight man, I can say that Peter is hot."

As Peter greets his beautiful date, the WWE star is equally impressed. "Aw, you brought flowers," Nikki smiles.

"You look fantastic!" Peter tells Nikki as he gives her the bouquet. "These are for you."
"Thank you! Oh my gosh. You're like the sweetest. That was really sweet," Nikki gushes.
After meeting Nikki and her family, Peter introduces himself to Brie and Bryan's excited pup Winston.

"I have a puppy at home too," Peter tells them. "I have a one and a half year old pit bull. She's already got like gray in her beard and everything so she matches me, it's fun."

And it seems even Brie and Bryan's 1-year-old daughter Birdie Joe Danielson is enjoying the introduction as she smells the bouquet of flowers in her aunt's hands. "Look at what Peter brought Coco," Nikki says.

Nikki Bella Contemplates Going on a Date With Taye Diggs on Total Bellas: "He's Hot!"

Matchmaker, matchmaker, make Nikki Bella a match?

In this clip from Sunday's all-new Total Bellas, Brie Bella takes the lead in attempting to set twin sister Nikki up. Apparently, the mother of one has taken on this task as John Cena's ex refuses to use dating apps.

"When you're in the spotlight, sometimes it's nice to kind of have people help you go on dates," Brie explains in a confessional. "First off, she won't go on Tinder or Bumble."
Furthermore, per Birdie Danielson's mom, both she and Nikki "always feel like everyone's a serial killer." Regardless, Brie has made it her mission to set Nikki up with another famous face.
"Mom will love this one! Peter [Kraus] from The Bachelor—he was a fan favorite," the WWE veteran notes to the family.
Surprisingly, both brother J.J. Garcia and sister-in-law Lauren Garcia are eager for this match. After Lauren reveals she "was rooting for Peter" on the dating show, J.J. confesses he likes "that guy."
Still, Peter isn't the only contender, as Taye Diggs appears to have also expressed an interest in Nikki.
"He's hot," Nikki quips.
"He's very hot," mom Kathy Colace adds.
Brie goes on to put her support behind Diggs as she thinks the Private Practice alum "would be fun."
Ultimately, Kathy advises Nikki to go out with both men as "the power is in numbers." This doesn't sit well with the single Bella Twin as she doesn't want to be turned into The Bachelorette.

However, Nikki may be whisked off her feet since both men have agreed to fly to San Diego to meet with the wrestling maven. "Oh my gosh! Really, for me?" a stunned Nikki inquires.

Despite all of the interest, the 35-year-old wrestler doesn't seem eager to put herself out there.
"It's gonna be so uncomfortable," Nikki laments to her family. "Can't we just do a FaceTime date?"

Brie Bella Comes Down With a Serious Case of "Mom Guilt" on Total Bellas

No one likes a guilty conscience! Especially not this kind.

In this clip from Sunday's new Total Bellas, WWE's beloved pair of butt-kicking twins hit the gym to prepare for the next leg of their joint wrestling comeback. After meeting up with Daniel Bryan for a training, Nikki Bella is ready to jump into the ring right away. But it's clear Brie Bella has something else on her mind.

"This whole run has been...it's been very difficult," Bryan tells Nikki, gesturing to a very sullen-looking Brie sitting beside him. "As parents, it's just very, very stressful."

In 2017, Brie and Bryan temporarily hung up their respective wrestling uniforms following the birth of their first daughter Birdie. Now, with their WWE careers taking off again, both halves of the couple are learning to manage professional commitments in addition to newly urgent personal ones.

For two people who really want to be there for their kids, it definitely isn't easy.

"You see how [Birdie] is now," Brie says. "It's like, I go to use the restroom and she gets so upset. And she didn't do that three weeks ago."

Nikki feels for her sister, but she's also feeling a little stressed herself.

"I think mom guilt is a real thing. And I think that's really heavy on my sister right now," Nikki tells the confessional camera. "But at the end of the day, we did sign up for this. And there's a lot of frustration there for me. Because I just have to pick up that slack."
Hear what else Nikki has to say about Brie's "mom guilt"—and how she's handling it—in the clip above!

See Nikki Bella's Reaction When Brie Flakes on Her at the Last Minute

Parenting is a full-time job, and Brie Bella is definitely putting in the hours!
In this clip from Sunday's new Total Bellas, Brie confronts her twin sis and business partner with some last-minute bad news. Unfortunately, Nikki Bella doesn't take it very well.
"You can't get mad," says Brie at the clip's start, but Nikki begs to differ.
"Just so you know, any time you start a conversation like that means the person's gonna get mad," she deadpans.
"OK, so you might get mad," Brie replies. "But I'm not going to be able to make it to Philadelphia Comic Con."
Brie goes on to explain that she needs to stay home to take care of Birdie Danielson, her 1-year-old daughter with Daniel Bryan, since they agreed "one parent has to be with Birdie" at all times.
Nikki doesn't take issue with her twin's mom-related responsibilities, but rather her lack of notice.
"You're telling me the day before the event?" she asks Brie, before reminding her that this situation isn't really the first of its kind. "Kirby Con I had to take a red eye and go straight and speak without you. And now it's just happening again."
"I said 'yes' to this appearance months ago before I knew I was making a comeback," Brie counters. "We said 'yes' to a bunch [of appearances], a bunch got added, and everyone's forgetting that I'm a mom."

"I Don't Want to Sell People Things!" See Daniel Bryan's Reaction When Brie Bella Surprises Him With a Brand Manager

Surprise!
In this clip from Sunday's brand-new Total Bellas, Brie Bella is trying to encourage her husband Daniel Bryan to focus on ramping up his personal brand. It turns out to be an inordinately tough sell, since Bryan is much more interested in riding out his WWE wrestling career than developing a product line. Hoping to change his mind, Brie hires a professional.

"I invited Freddy over today because he's a brand manager," Brie tells the camera, though she neglected to give her husband a heads up about their afternoon visitor. "I feel like when Bryan hears him speak, he will truly understand all the stuff I keep telling him."
Freddy the brand manager shows up to Brie and Bryan's San Diego home with a knapsack full of props and some creative plans for what to do with them.

"I brought a bag of ideas," Freddy says cheerfully, plopping down on the couch beside an increasingly grumpy-looking Bryan. "When I look at you, I think of 'Man of the Woods' type of feel."

Right on cue, Freddy pulls out flannel button-up and follows it with a partly frayed denim vest. Presenting the latter to Bryan, the brand manager tells him to "rock it, you know, with no shirt under."

Despite Brie and Freddy's best efforts, Bryan still isn't totally on board with their proposed branding schema.
"Yeah, I don't want to sell people things," he says. "And this whole idea of branding myself, I just don't like it."
See what else Freddy recommended to boost Bryan's "Man of the Woods" vibe in the clip above!

Too Much "Chemistry"? Brie Bella Warns Nikki Against Training With Artem Chigvintsev

Nikki Bella is over being told what to do!

In this clip from Sunday's all-new Total Bellas, the WWE star reveals to Brie Bella that she wants to enlist Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev's help for a surprise. Apparently, Nikki hopes Artem will help her get in shape for Evolution and choreograph a dance for mom Kathy Colace.
"I absolutely loved the shape I was in when I was dancing," Nikki explains in a confessional. "Doing this dance with my mom means that I could be in that same shape for Evolution, because that's what I really, really want. Like, so bad!"

However, the Bella Twin faces almost immediate criticism from her sister. Per the mother-of-one, Nikki and Artem's "chemistry" could spark unnecessary rumors.

"I have amazing chemistry with people in the ring, people don't call me a lesbian!" Nikki defends at dinner. "I'm just trying to prove a point."

While Nikki makes a fair point, Brie still urges her to be cautious about spending too much time with Artem. "You don't think the media's gonna blow it out of proportion and make up all this B.S.?" Brie inquires. "Yeah, the media is crazy."

Although Nikki reminds Brie that Artem is now one of her good friends, Birdie Danielson's mom reveals she's worried the press will make her twin out to be a "cheater."

"It just sucks because I'm in a situation where I feel like everyone's constantly telling me how to live my life," Nikki remarks.

"Unfortunately, that's the position we're in," Brie concludes.

Watch Nikki Bella & Artem Chigvintsev Get Flirty While Talking About Dating on Total Bellas

How cute are these two?!

In this exclusive clip from Sunday's all new episode of Total Bellas, Nikki Bella and her former Dancing With the Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev continue their flirty lunch date in an effort to catch up following her breakup with ex-fiancé John Cena.
The newly single WWE star asks the DWTS pro if he's been dating and he replies, "No." "You're around a bunch of hot woman," Nikki says.

"People will DM me constantly," Artem admits.
"Do you get any nudies?" Nikki asks.
"I'm not gonna go there with you," Artem smiles. "I'm not even gonna tell you."
"I think you were in my DMs," a visibly giddy Nikki adds. "Just kidding."
"Oh really?" Artem replies. "I would know that."
"Oh my god, how much hate...I can't even like your photos on Instagram without getting a crazy amount of hate," Nikki says.
"Yeah, breakup sucks," he tells her.
"So no dates?" Nikki asks.
"We'll see, I don't know," Artem replies.

Brie Bella Accidentally Scares Daughter Birdie With a Giant Teddy Bear and Honestly It's Kinda Funny

Birdie is not a fan of this bear!

Brie Bella accidentally terrifies her daughter Birdie Joe Danielson on this Sunday's new episode of Total Bellas. The WWE star wants to surprise her 1-year-old with a giant stuffed teddy bear, but the plans backfires badly when little Birdie lays eyes on the oversized toy and starts crying and screaming in fear.
"Are you scared?" Brie asks innocently as little Birdie cries.

"Briana, it's a giant bear," Brie's hubby Daniel Bryan says. "I thought you'd like it," Brie admits while trying to calm Birdie down. "I'm not going to take you to the bear."

"Hey, Bird, daddy will always protect you," Bryan says before tossing the big bear outside of the house.

"Briana, what were you thinking?" Bryan asks.

"I just thought she loves stuffed animals and that she would have thought that was really cool," Brie explains. LOL!

Single Nikki Bella Claims Buying a Ferrari Is "Healing"—But Brie Thinks It's More Like "a Mid-Life Crisis"

Is Nikki Bella having a "mid-life crisis"?

In this clip from Sunday's all-new Total Bellas, Brie Bella expresses concern after her sister rolls up in a flashy Ferrari.

"Ummm, you can't buy this!" the mother of one notes to her twin. "I can't even believe this right now. Dude, are you okay?"

Despite Brie's disapproval, Nikki defends that the vehicle is actually very safe. However, it isn't a safety concern that is causing Daniel Bryan's wife's anxiety.

Per Birdie Danielson's mom, Nikki has been "spending a lot of money lately." While Nikki claims she's only "test driving" the vehicle, Brie doesn't appear convinced.

"You don't get embarrassed rolling around in a Ferrari?" Brie further relays. "It just seems like guys go out and buy fancy cars when they go through a big breakup or, like, they get a hot young girlfriend or they do something crazy. I feel like you're acting like a man!"

Yet, Nikki doesn't take offense to this notion as she's eager to "puff on cigars, play 18 holes of golf and have some 25-year-old meet me for dinner."

"I think my sister might be having a mid-life crisis," Brie comments later on.

Regardless, the WWE star makes it perfectly clear that she's doing just fine in her newly minted single life.

"It's called healing," Nikki concludes. "I'm doing my own version of therapy."

With music city as its backdrop, “Very Cavallari” continues to give fans an exclusive look inside the life of celebrity entrepreneur, reality superstar, and lifestyle tastemaker, Kristin Cavallari, as she juggles her roles as boss, businesswoman, wife, mom, and friend. This season, Kristin’s life in Nashville hasn’t gotten any less crazy (or entertaining). Kristin and her husband, former professional football player, Jay Cutler, have now moved to a farm one hour outside of town. Still retired, Jay is living his “best life” as he juggles the roles of househusband, groundskeeper, and chicken wrangler. Kristin’s adjustment hasn’t been as smooth, as her friendships and burgeoning lifestyle brand continue to pull her away from the “quiet life.” Sales for her Uncommon James brand have exploded since she opened her store, and her staff has grown from 5 to 50 almost overnight. This rapid growth has brought with it plenty of drama as her staff struggles to keep pace with the business, and Kristin is quickly discovering that she’s going to have to make some major changes.
