 On the heels of this success, Hallmark Channel made a strong transition into December with the network’s most recent original holiday movie premieres averaging a 3.4 Household rating, 700,000 Women 25-54, and 3.9 million Total Viewers.

New York, NY, November 29, 2017 – Viewers in record-setting numbers made Hallmark Channel and “Countdown to Christmas” part of their Turkey Day tradition this year with the network’s third annual “Five-Night Thanksgiving Event.” Featuring new original movie premieres every night from November 22 -26, the stunt elevated Hallmark Channel to be the highest-rated and most-watched network on cable for the entire week among Households, Women 25-54, Women 18-49, and Total Viewers. The week also became Hallmark’s most-watched week in network history across all key demographics.

 Collectively, the five movies averaged a 3.6 Household rating, 812,000 Women 25-54, and 4.2 million Total Viewers, outperforming the 2016 Thanksgiving event premieres by 8% among Households, 9% among Women 25-54, and 7% among Total Viewers.

 To-date, an unduplicated audience of 10.2 million Women 25-54 and 49.3 million Total Viewers have tuned into “Countdown to Christmas.”

Season’s First Original Holiday Premiere Marked Highest-Rated Cable Program on Saturday

New York, NY, October 31, 2017 – Hallmark Channel’s 2017 “Countdown to Christmas” programming event, which kicked-off Friday, is off to an auspicious start, driving the network to become the highest-rated and most-watched network on cable for the entire weekend across all key demographics, including Households, Total Viewers, W25-54, and W18-49.
 Saturday night’s world premiere of “Marry Me at Christmas,” the first new original movie of the season, garnered a 3.1 HH rating and was the highest rated cable program of the day and – excluding sports and news – the second highest rated of the week. In addition, the premiere elevated Hallmark Channel to be the highest-rated cable network on Saturday among HH and W25-54.
 This year’s “Countdown to Christmas” event will feature an unprecedented 21 new original premieres over ten weeks, with new movies every Saturday and Sunday and an extended Thanksgiving week event. The network’s 2016 initiative made Hallmark Channel the highest-rated and most-watched network among W25-54 on all of cable for the entirety of Fourth Quarter.

Overall, the network’s six new original movie premieres averaged a 2.5 HH rating, elevating the network to be the highest-rated in the 9 p.m. time period among HH and W25-54. Hallmark Channel’s “Fall Harvest” programming stunt premiered the #1 HH rated movie of the week for five consecutive weeks

  • All of My Heart: Inn Love,” averaged a 2.6 HH rating and 2.8 million Total Viewers elevating Hallmark Channel to be the most-watched and highest-rated cable network in the Saturday, 9-11pm time period, excepting sports.

In “All of My Heart: Inn Love,” Brian and Jenny are engaged and preparing for the grand opening of their bed and breakfast, Emily’s Country Inn. But when a big storm hits Bucks County, all their plans end up sopping wet! New York, June 27, 2017 - Hallmark Channel's month-long "June Weddings" programming event came to a successful close this past weekend, with the world premiere of "My Favorite Wedding" on Saturday, June 24, averaging a 2.1 HH rating and 2.1 million Total Viewers.

· "My Favorite Wedding" was the #1 program of the day among HH ratings
· In the 9-11 p.m. time period, the debut propelled Hallmark Channel to rank #1 among HH and Total Viewer ratings and delivery
Overall, each of the stunt's four original movie debuts, one every Saturday night in June, became the #1 HH-rated movie of the week and the #1 HH-rated program of the day, excluding sports. Cumulatively, the movies averaged a 2.1 HH rating and 2.2 million Total Viewers. Additionally, three of the four original premieres elevated Hallmark Channel to be the highest rated cable network in Saturday Prime Time.

In "My Favorite Wedding," potential Northwestern fellow Tess Harper lasers through her best friend's wedding planning like the star doctor she hopes to soon become. In fact, Tess puzzles through any problem - provided it's not her own. When she meets divorce lawyer and groom's best friend, Michael, Tess maneuvers around him like a gurney in the emergency room until she discovers this best man has a few moves of his own. The Saturday, June 10, movie premiere of “The Perfect Bride” marks the second of four new nuptial-themed premieres this month. The third season of “Good Witch” is also in full swing, with the Sunday, June 11, debut of the primetime series’ seventh episode becoming the highest-rated and most-watched of the season among HH and all key demos.

In “The Perfect Bride,” fitness trainer and former marriage counselor Molly White runs Bridal Boot Camp classes that combine fitness with pre-marital counseling to brides and grooms before their big day. While struggling with marital issues from her past, Molly meets the handsome Nick Dyson, a talented photographer who seems to be having doubts about his upcoming marriage to Molly’s client, an overbearing perfectionist. While helping couples find their happiness and begin their new lives together, Molly discovers she, too, needs to learn how to forgive herself from her past so she can move forward. In “Good Witch,” Cassie uses her unique gifts to help the people of Middleton find what they really need.  Cassie’s daughter Grace is also using her powers to help those around her, and becoming a little more like her mother every day.  Meanwhile, the romance between Cassie and Sam is blossoming and, as they take pleasure in learning more about each other, they are also learning how to navigate their differences. On Saturday, June 3, Hallmark Channel launched its annual “June Weddings” programming franchise with the debut of “Destination Wedding,” one of four new nuptial-themed premieres this month.

On Sunday, June 4, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries also debuted “Site Unseen: An Emma Fielding Mystery,” marking the first installment of its newest mystery series.

In “Destination Wedding,” Ellie Hamilton has been painstakingly planning her sister’s destination wedding. As guests arrive on a beach paradise, Ellie runs into her ex-boyfriend, Greg, who also happens to be the best man. With the wedding a couple days away, and Ellie unsure if her sister will show up, it falls to Ellie and Greg to save the wedding. Stars Alexa PenaVega, Jeremy Guilbaut and Andrea Brooks.

In “Site Unseen: An Emma Fielding Mystery,” brilliant, dedicated, and driven archaeologist Emma Fielding is trying to unearth evidence of a 17th century coastal Maine settlement that predates Jamestown - one of the most significant archaeological finds in years. But the dead body that accompanies it has embroiled Emma and her students in a different kind of exploration. Stars Courtney Thorne-Smith and James Tupper.
