Justice League Action - POSSIBLE New Street Date for 'Season 1, Part 1' on DVD Amazon.com (USA site) shows a release from Warner in early September

Back in March we reported that a listing at Amazon's Canadian site showed a DVD release was coming from Warner of Justice League Action - Season 1, Part 1. The date given at the time was June 6th...a date which Amazon.ca's listing STILL shows in the "Product details" section of the entry. However, the title never came out on that day. As we said in our 6/1 update to that story, it was an incorrect date. Now Amazon.com - the big e-tailer's original USA-based site - has added their own listing for Justice League Action - Season 1, Part 1 on DVD. The entry for it says to expect it on September 5th, for $18.94 SRP. Our thanks to one of our readers, "Michael," for noticing it and tipping us off about it. Warner Home Video hasn't officially announced this title yet (the studio MAY be saving that announcement to tie in with the 2017 San Diego Comic Con, which is held in just a few weeks). So we don't have any details or content info at this time. Box art isn't available yet, either. Stay tuned for updates!

The heroes are up for any challenge as they embark on thrilling adventures. This past December, the Cartoon Network cable channel debuted the latest animated series starring a collection of DC Superheroes, Justice League Action! In it, Kevin Conroy returns to the voice of Batman/Bruce Wayne, while other voice cast includes Tara Strong, John DiMaggio, Sean Astin, Hannibal Buress, Lacey Chabert, Michael Dorn, Gilbert Gottfried, Ken Jeong, Mark Hamill, John de Lancie, Cloris Leachman, Patton Oswald, Jerry O'Connell, Carl Reiner, Stephen Tobolowsky, Brent Spiner, James Woods, and many more! Warner Home Video hasn't announced it yet, but Amazon of Canada has a new listing for Justice League Action - Season 1, Part 1 on DVD. There are no details yet, nor pricing (as they aren't taking pre-orders just yet), nor package art. But they DO show (in the "product details" section, if you scroll down) a 2-disc set is releasing on June 6th. Stay tuned for updates, as further developments occur!
