Nattie Neidhart and Liv Morgan Suffer Unexpected Surfing Injuries on the "Trip From Hell"

by Alyssa Ray | Thu., Dec. 5, 2019 8:00 AM

Surfing lessons from hell!

In this clip from Tuesday's season nine finale of Total Divas, Nattie Neidhart and fellow WWE superstar Liv Morgan find themselves in extreme pain after a run in with some sea urchins. While trying to learn to surf on a Hawaiian getaway, both Nattie and Liv accidentally step on the poisonous sea dwellers.

"All of a sudden, I feel this stabbing pain in my foot. Like, a sharp, shooting pain," Neidhart describes in a confessional. "It feels like there's a hundred needles in my foot."
As the superstars are in an immense amount of pain, their instructors guide them to the shore to examine the situation.

"They're in there, buddy!" Liv quips while hopping on one foot. "Ow! Don't make that face."
"There's some what we call, 'Wana.' It's sea urchin," one instructor notes. "You've got some of that in your foot."

Amid the instructors' warning to not pull out the sea urchins' spines, Neidhart understandably demands to be taken to the emergency room as she wants them removed, "right now."
"I don't know what happened. I don't know what is on our feet, but we have been stabbed by something," the wrestling scion relays to the Total Divas camera. "We need to get to the E.R. now!"
Of course, Neidhart is taking the situation particularly hard as she already had a rough start to her trip. Specifically, not long into their Maui vacation, Neidhart found herself in a heated exchange with Sonya Deville.

"I'm fighting with Sonya, I'm being attacked by sea urchins and now I'm on my way to the E.R." the Total Divas star laments later on. "This trip is turning into the trip from hell."

Ronda Rousey Leaves Total Divas Co-Stars Practically Speechless With Talk of the "Zombie" Apocalypse

https://www.youtube.com/embed/l9nOsIizeuk
by Alyssa Ray | Thu., Oct. 31, 2019 8:00 AM

Ronda Rousey is more than prepared for an apocalypse.
In this clip from Tuesday's all-new Total Divas, during a snowy walk, the MMA fighter turned wrestler shares her end-of-the-world survival plan with Nattie Neidhart and Sonya Deville. While Rousey's Total Divas co-stars seem pretty skeptical about it all, the 32-year-old confidently shares her thoughts about a possible pending apocalypse.

"I'm really interested in survival kind of stuff. I don't know why, but I just keep going down these black holes and looking at all these past extinction events that have happened," Rousey shares in a confessional. "And I'm like, 'Well, what would I do in this situation? What would I do in that situation?'"
In fact, if anything bad happens in Los Angeles, Rousey already has a plan to trek to her mountain cabin.

Even though Deville admits she believes in the "world ending," she makes it clear she doesn't accept the concept of zombies, something Rousey seemingly believes in.
"Our antibiotics are about to stop working," Rousey retorts. "We're about to not have medicine for simple things that are gonna kill us, you know? That is kind of like what I mean when I say, 'zombie.'"
Rousey further frightens Neidhart and Deville by claiming "we're due for another polar shift."
"Ronda brings up zombies and the apocalypse coming and the end of the world," Neidhart shares with the Total Divas camera. "I'm just starting to wonder what other beliefs Ronda has?"
Understandably, as Rousey goes more in to detail with her apocalypse thoughts, Deville finds herself feeling "awkward" and wishing Carmella was there.

"I'm scared," Neidhart concludes.
See the awkward apocalypse chat go down in the clip above.

Sonya Deville Faces Pressure to Move in With Girlfriend Arianna on Total Divas

by Alyssa Ray | Mon., Oct. 28, 2019 8:00 AM

Is Sonya Deville ready to take the next step with girlfriend Arianna Johnson?

In this clip from Tuesday's all-new Total Divas, the wrestling maven is pressured to move in with Arianna by the latter's mother Deanna. Specifically, Arianna's realtor mother is eager for the WWE star to relocate to Tampa.

"I live in Fort Lauderdale and Arianna's mom is a realtor. And she is always, always, always suggesting that I move to Tampa," Deville notes in a confessional. "I care a lot about Arianna, but I just don't want to rush it."

While Sonya agrees to look at a couple properties, she expresses a concern about "moving so fast."
"It's like this infamous thing that lesbians are known for moving so fast. Like, they meet each other one day. Three months later they buy a house together," the 26-year-old adds. "I've been guilty of it a couple times in the past."

Apparently, Deville has previously lived with two girlfriends. Thus, she is eager to "take it slow and be smart."

Nonetheless, Deville runs the suggested move to Tampa by close friend Carmella. Understandably, as Deville just moved to Fort Lauderdale, Carmella is skeptical about the potential plan.

"I'm not buying a house anywhere," Deville assures her Total Divas peer. "I'm just going to look."
Yet, Deville admits she does "eventually want to move in" with Arianna.

"Let's walk before we run," Carmella wisely advises Deville.

In fact, Carmella claims her "psychic" intuition is telling her that Deville is "not gonna buy a place any time soon."

Is Carmella right or will Sonya cave and move in with Arianna? For that answer, be sure to watch Tuesday's episode!

Watch Nia Jax Take on the Top Rope Despite Knee Injury & Fear of Heights

by EMILY MAE CZACHOR | Thu., Oct. 24, 2019 8:00 AM
It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Nia Jax leaping from the top rope and hopefully sticking her landing!
The seasoned WWE wrestler practices a difficult stunt in this clip from Tuesday's new Total Divas, and she's not quite sure she has the hang of it just yet. As tends to be the case for most people endeavoring to try something new and master it in a short period of time, Nia appears to be working through a few layers of anxiety during a training session leading up to WrestleMania. Her knee injury, which has persisted for the better part of a year, isn't making things any easier.
"There's so much going on right now with my knees and WrestleMania," Nia explains, adding, "I'm definitely nervous about it."
Physical challenges aside, "This will be the first time that I'm actually attempting to get up to the top rope," she continues, noting her fear of heights as she approaches the practice ring with Nattie Neidhart ("one of the best technical wrestlers" in the business, according to Jax) and WWE instructor Norman Smiley.
"You got this!" shouts Neidhart, as her colleague positions herself on the second rope from the top (just so everyone's clear, these are the ropes that line the circumference of most wrestling rings), which is still pretty far from the floor. After a couple of unsuccessful tries, Nia sounds discouraged.
"I'm legit struggling here," she tells Nattie and Norman. "I don't even know if I can go up to the top rope, period."
With some encouragement, Jax does manage the climb. The jump remains a work in progress, and she has no plans to stop working. "I just want to make sure I give everything I have," she says.

Carmella & Boyfriend Corey Graves Are Blindsided When a Photographer Crashes Their Date

by EMILY MAE CZACHOR | Tue., Oct. 22, 2019 8:00 AM
Awkward!
Carmella and Corey Graves are done hiding their relationship, but the couple still wants to lie low in this clip from Tuesday's new Total Divas. With the wrestling superstar dodging "homewrecker" claims (which exploded online after a string of false rumors initially posted to social media went viral and gave way to an awful spell of cyber bullying thereafter) and her boyfriend navigating a complicated divorce involving two children, both parties are eager to explore their relatively new romance in the absence of outside influence. But privacy for these two proves difficult to come by.
Carmella and Corey have hardly entered the suburban dance studio where they're due for a couples' dance lesson—Corey's idea, which is extra sweet given his lady's history with the art form—when an unfamiliar woman approaches them with a press request.
"I was just wondering if it's alright if I took a picture of you for the local newspaper," she asks. And immediately, the pair recoils. Did we mention this is Corey's home town?
"Oh, I don't know about that," Carmella starts, and her beau agrees it would benefit them to "maybe wait" before diving into any publishable photo ops, especially ones that will be doing the rounds of his literal neighborhood.
And though she doesn't live there herself, Mella understands the hesitation. During a confessional, the SmackDown star articulates her perspective on the publicity issue, explaining that much like Corey, she's "trying to be hypersensitive" to the ways in which their relationship impacts his kids.
"They're going through so much with their parents' divorce so I'm trying to tread lightly," she tells the Divas camera. "I don't want this out there in the newspaper of their local town."
See how Carmella and Corey handle the uncomfortable situation in the clip above!

Nia Jax Criticizes Ronda Rousey's "Disrespectful" Performance on Total Divas

by EMILY MAE CZACHOR | Thu., Oct. 17, 2019 8:00 AM
What's going on with Nia Jax?
"She's been kind of like, on a mean streak lately," remarks Nattie Neidhart in this clip from Tuesday's new Total Divas, which sees the athlete comforting friend and fellow WWE wrestler Ronda Rousey after a tiff with Nia backstage. Continuing, she says their colleague's newfound disposition is out of character and notes that Jax isn't "being as supportive as she used to be."
And while Nia herself would probably argue about phrasing, fans who've been keeping up with Total Divas' current season know Nattie's comments about the RAW superstar don't come out of nowhere. First, she had words with Carmella (on more than one occasion). Then, she briefly got into it with Nattie, denouncing her pal's pitch to be included in WWE's first-ever Women's Tag Team Championship.
In the new clip, Nia sparks dispute with Ronda over the latter's recent Monday Night Raw appearance, which she calls "disrespectful" upon approaching Rowsey after the show.

We'll have to wait until Tuesday to watch the appearance for ourselves. But whatever she said, it's clear Ronda doesn't think it warrants this level of upset from a co-worker. "Nia comes at me and she's all heated and mad. But I'm not here to be liked, I'm here to entertain," shrugs the former UFC champion. "And I really don't think I deserved to have anybody come at me like that."
Though Rowsey defends herself briefly against Jax's critique in the moment, claiming she "didn't mean any disrespect," Nia is obviously hurt and doesn't want to hear it.
"That's cool, because I feel like a real piece of s--t right now," she shoots back before walking away. It sounds like there's a lot more to this story than what we're seeing right now.
Watch the confrontation unfold in the clip above.

Trinity Fatu Feels Insecure While Transforming Into a Mermaid on Total Divas

by Alyssa Ray | Mon., Oct. 14, 2019 7:00 AM

Is Trinity Fatu ready to go "Under the Sea"?
In this clip from Tuesday's all-new Total Divas, the WWE superstar (known professionally as Naomi) joins Liv Morgan for a mermaid class. Although Fatu gives the lesson her all, it's clear she's skeptical about the whole thing.

"I don't know what Liv was thinking about when she signed us up for this mermaid show," Trinity comments in a confessional.

After hearing instructions from one of the professional mermaids, Fatu transforms into "Trin with the Fin."

"That looked really, really good," the instructor praises after the swimming lesson.
However, the wrestling maven's fun is quickly diminished while looking over costume options. Specifically, Trinity isn't happy that the mermaid attire includes sheer bottoms and a shell bra.
"We have a couple of choices for you to wear," the instructor adds. "It is slightly see-through, so if you have a dark thong to wear underneath it…Do you have anything like that?"

"Uhhh, no," Trinity remarks.

Thankfully, Fatu reveals that she has booty shorts she can wear with the skintight ensemble.
Even though Trinity jokes her "booty meat" won't fit in the bedazzled fins, she appears genuinely worried that she'll show too much skin. Also, Trinity is convinced her boobs won't fit in the "little shells."

"My stomach is out. This is becoming too much," Fatu concludes later on. "This is all the stuff I've been trying to avoid at work. Like, no. Nope. Nope, don't want to do it."

Will Trinity eventually embrace the Little Mermaid lifestyle? For that answer and more, be sure to watch Tuesday's all-new Total Divas.

Ronda Rousey Is Worried About Total Divas Co-Star Nattie Neidhart—Find Out Why!

by Alyssa Ray | Tue., Oct. 8, 2019 8:00 AM

Nattie Neidhart knows what she wants and isn't afraid to fight for it.

In this clip from Tuesday's all-new Total Divas, the wrestling maven reveals she wants to be a part of the WWE's first women's tag team. Why? Well, as Neidhart explains in a confessional, her late father Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart was "part of one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history."

Not only would this opportunity allow Nattie to follow in his footsteps, but it would also allow her to be a part of history in the WWE.

"I think that's so unique. It's so special. It's a new, first ever thing in WWE," Neidhart further shares. "So, for me to potentially win a Women's Tag Team Championship, I just think it would be another way to honor my dad and make my dad proud."

However, some of Neidhart's Total Divas peers aren't behind the 37-year-old wrestler's mission. For Ronda Rousey, she feels Nattie is using work to distract from her grief.

"Talking to Nattie, I'm starting to realize that there are a lot of things that she is not addressing," the MMA fighter turned wrestler notes later on. "She's spending so much time and energy trying to fill her plate up with work, when it's already overflowed with grieving."

While Nattie practices her pitch on her WWE co-workers, Nia Jax reminds her friend that this might not work out.

"I understand where you're coming from, but not everything's gonna work out that way," Nia relays to Nattie. "Not everybody has to be a part of the first-ever everything."
"I do," Neidhart retorts.

While Jax wholeheartedly supports Neidhart, she wants the WWE scion to remember to put "women empowerment" first. Unsurprisingly, Nattie becomes frustrated with Nia's lack of enthusiasm.
"I've been so supportive of Nia," Nattie laments to the Total Divas camera. "If she was on the bench and she wasn't being used, I can guarantee my job on it that Nia would be pissed off and annoyed."

Meanwhile, The Bella Twins catch a case of “FOMO” during their time off from WWE. Together, they explore new ventures and contemplate when the best time would be to make their in-ring comeback. Off the heels of her whirlwind engagement to WWE Superstar John Cena®, Nikki Bella gets ready to twist and twirl when she receives an offer from Dancing with the Stars that is hard to refuse. Lana struggles to prioritize her life as a newlywed and her new role on SmackDown Live. When her husband, WWE Superstar Rusev® reveals he wants a baby, she is torn between living her dream in the ring or starting a family sooner than later.

New cast member Carmella, thinks she hit the jackpot with her boyfriend WWE Superstar Big Cass™ who she believes is “the one.” However, with each of them planning on moving to opposite sides of the country, the future of their relationship depends on compromising on a new place to call home.

Nia Jax, cousin of Dwayne "The Rock®” Johnson, is part of a coveted WWE legacy. Despite her famous lineage, the dating world isn’t working out the way Nia hoped it would. The women help her explore who she is and what she wants in a partner.
