Adjusting to life as a new dad, Josh Altman is going through a lot of change but when it comes to growing his real estate empire he is still a shark. This season, Altman scores hot listings including the home of NFL star Antonio Pierce. As Josh Flagg settles into his first year of married life, he is laser-focused on his business with the help of his husband Bobby and trusted assistant Hilary. However, when Josh turns from agent to buyer, he and Bobby might be the most challenging clients yet. After having the best year of their careers Brits, James Harris and David Parnes have become major competition to the other agents. The dynamic duo creates a deal to purchase the infamous Playboy “Bunny Ranch” and the iconic house where “Mommie Dearest” was filmed, all the while working on deals with celebrity clients including Kelly Rowland and Dorit Kemsley from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Tracy Tutor embarks on a new chapter of her life, as she juggles the new normal of being a single working mom, but she has not lost sight of her professional dreams. Taking her business to the next level, Tracy works to sell Rose McGowan’s house and travels to Dubai to visit Caroline Stanbury and becomes the LA rep for an ultra-luxury high rise there. With inventory scarce and competition fierce, this season the agents go to surprising lengths to stay on top.

GOTHAM IS BACK ON THE MARKET WHEN BRAVO MEDIA’S “MILLION DOLLAR LISTING NEW YORK” RETURNS ON THURSDAY, MAY 25 AT 9PM ET/PT

Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant Are Joined by Fresh Face Steve Gold

New York, NY – April 5, 2017Bravo Media’s favorite New York realtors are back and busier than ever when season six of the Emmy-nominated “Million Dollar Listing New York” returns on Thursday, May 25 at 9pm ET/PT with a special supersized episode. Real estate vets Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant are joined by a new major player in the market, Steve Gold, who specializes in downtown Manhattan luxury properties and won’t take no for an answer. For a sneak peek of the season, visit http://www.bravotv.com/million-dollar-listing-new-york/season-6/videos/your-first-look-at-million-dollar-listing-new-York

After selling more than a billion dollars’ worth of real estate in the past year, Fredrik is burning the candle at both ends working alongside demanding top developers on several multi-million dollar sellout projects, while also attempting to try again for the baby he’s always wanted. Meanwhile, Ryan and Emilia are embracing their next chapter and settling into married life, but the honeymoon phase may be short-lived when Emilia’s sister decides to move in with the newlyweds. Although Ryan’s business is booming and his workload is heavier than ever with the recent opening of his new Brooklyn office, tensions rise when he is forced to juggle the stresses of work and family. Fresh to the group but not to Manhattan, Steve Gold originally moved to New York City to follow his burgeoning modeling career, but ultimately gave it up ten years ago to join the real estate game. He hasn’t looked back since. A confirmed bachelor, Steve is open to love but settling down is hard to do when he’s also laser-focused on doubling his earning this year in sales. The stakes are high and the listing prices are higher as these three rival agents are pushed to the limit managing their personal lives while also moving some of the most magnificent and luxurious properties in the concrete jungle.

Meet Steve Gold:
Steve Gold is a successful luxury broker at Town Residential, one of Manhattan's top real estate agencies specializing in residential properties. A resident of West Chelsea, Gold primarily focuses on luxury properties throughout downtown Manhattan and played a vital role in many marquee new developments in Greenwich Village, Flatiron, SoHo and the West Village. Prior to real estate, Gold had an enviable career in the fashion industry, working with some of the world's most coveted designers, including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani. Although modeling granted him the opportunity to travel extensively around the world, he considers New York his home and can't imagine living anywhere else.

Always hungry for a challenge, Gold decided to move on from fashion and go big into real estate. Whether working with a first-time buyer or an A-list celebrity, he prides himself on making the real estate transaction process as seamless and efficient as possible for his clients. Born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, Gold is an avid sportsman. He grew up sailboat racing in the Long Island Sound with his father on their boat, Turning Point. A lifelong athlete, he also enjoys ice hockey, tennis, skiing and surfing in his spare time. Beyond real estate and sports, however, Gold also allots his time to participate in several charitable causes, including his past support for AmFar for AIDS research, FreeArts NYC, and The Brazil Foundation, among others.

Gold graduated magna cum laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University with degrees in Finance and Marketing. He currently splits time between New York City and Southampton, NY with his dog Pablo, whom he rescued from high kill shelter in Georgia.
