The Event All Leads Up to the World Premiere of 'Royally Ever After'
'Dater's Handbook'

Stars: Meghan Markle, Jonathan Scarfe and Kristoffer Polaha
Realizing she has a recurring habit of picking the wrong type of guy, Cassandra Barber (Markle) turns to relationship expert, Dr. Susie, and her latest self-help book, "Dater's Handbook" to help with her ailing love life. She follows the advice in Dr. Susie's book to evaluate potential suitors, and then must ultimately choose between reliable George (Scarfe) and fun-loving Robert (Polaha).

'Royal Matchmaker'

Stars: Joy Lenz and Will Kemp
Kate (Lenz) has a gift for matchmaking, and now her reputation as the "Queen of Hearts" has reached King Edward of Voldavia. He wants his son Prince Sebastian (Kemp) to present his future bride at the Jubilee, and brings Kate onboard to help find the perfect princess for the reluctant prince.

'Once Upon a Prince'

Stars: Megan Park and Jonathan Keltz
Stranded with a flat, Susanna (Park) is lucky when Nate (Keltz) arrives. As they work together talking under the "Lover's Oak," a spark ignites. What Nate doesn't mention is he's Prince Nathaniel from Cambria. Nevertheless, their intimacy grows and Nate's identity gets out. To prove Susanna can't handle royalty, Nate's mother brings her to Cambria. Distraught when Susanna suddenly disappears during his coronation, Nate confronts his mother, explaining his love for his country and Susanna are both equally true. Now he must find a way to be Susanna's Prince Charming as well as Cambria's loyal King.

Sara's (Gubelmann) dream of finding the perfect mate is realized when boyfriend Daniel (Coombs) proposes marriage, but there is one tiny hitch. It turns out he is the real-life prince of a small European monarchy, and his marriage requires the approval of his royal parents. Commoner Sara will have to do more than simply impress the in-laws-to-be. If she wants to become Daniel's wife, she'll have to prove she's got all the makings of an honest-to-goodness princess.

Hallmark Channel celebrates the return of fresh air, flowers and sunshine with "Spring Fever," the network's highly anticipated seasonal programming event.

"Spring Fever" features a slate of four all-new original movies premiering Saturdays in March and April. The event starts with "The Sweetest Heart" (Saturday, March 17th 9 p.m. ET/PT), followed by "Royal Matchmaker" (Saturday, March 24th 9 p.m. ET/PT), "Home by Spring" (Saturday, March 31st 9 p.m. ET/PT) and "Once Upon a Prince" (Saturday, April 7th 9 p.m. ET/PT).

'THE SWEETEST HEART'

Starring: Julie Gonzalo, Chris McNally
High school sweethearts Maddie (Gonzalo) and Nate (McNally) reconnect when Nate returns to their hometown to lecture at the hospital. However, they eventually form a friendship, and Nate helps her as she secures funding to expand her cupcake shop. Just as Maddie and Nate rekindle their romance, Nate learns that a career opportunity awaits him in Boston. Devastated, Maddie returns the promise ring he gave her long ago and prepares for the grand reopening of her shop. Nate soon realizes how much he left behind, and must decide if his future lies in Boston with work or in his hometown with Maddie.

'ROYAL MATCHMAKER'

Matchmaker Kate's (Lenz) reputation as the "Queen of Hearts" reaches King Edward (Kemp)who hires her to find his son a bride. But Prince Sebastian has a moat around his heart, and Kate doesn't see his tender side until he evokes his mother's memory. She's also learned he does humanitarian work, and before Kate knows it, she's fallen for him herself! Still determined to find Sebastian a match, Kate introduces him to Petra, and is so heartbroken when they click, she runs off, unaware that the Prince has already found his royal match, and she's sitting at the train station.

'HOME BY SPRING'

When she is passed over for a promotion and a client, Paul, mistakes Loretta for her boss, she decides to carry on the charade to win a piece of new business. When Loretta returns to her hometown to host a retreat for Paul to impress his fiancé's father, Arthur (Brooks), she realizes she has lingering feelings for Wayne. Before the weekend is over, Loretta must decide if she will confess her real identity to Paul and Arthur, and admit where her heart really lies to herself.

JOY LENZ STARS AS A CELEBRITY MATCHMAKER FACED WITH FINDING THE PERFECT PRINCESS FOR A RELUCTANT PRINCE IN ‘ROYAL MATCHMAKER’ PREMIERING MARCH 24, ON HALLMARK CHANNEL

 STUDIO CITY, CA – February 12, 2018 – Joy Lenz (“Colony,” “One Tree Hill,” Extortion ) and Will Kemp (“Code Black,” “Reign,” Slumber ) star in “Royal Matchmaker,” a new, original movie premiering Saturday, March 24 (9 p.m. ET/PT) on Hallmark Channel as part of the network’s “Spring Fever” programming event featuring an irresistible lineup of romantic, original movie premieres celebrating the hope of the spring season.  Kate (Lenz) has a gift for matchmaking, and now her reputation as the “Queen of Hearts” has reached King Edward of Voldavia (Simon Dutton, Jupiter Ascend ing ).  He wants his son Prince Sebastian (Kemp) to present his future bride at the Jubilee, and brings Kate onboard to help.  Soon it’s clear the Prince has a moat around his heart, and trusts only his valet Victor (Joseph Thompson, “Elementary”), so it’s no wonder Kate can’t break down the Prince’s emotional armor.  But while shadowing His Highness on a day of ribbon cutting and dodging the press, she sees his tender side when he evokes his mother’s memory at a dedication.  Kate has also learned the Prince helped reroof schools on his travels so she takes him to a rundown rec center to lend a hand.  There, she notices Victor shares a spark with a woman and is glad to see she hasn’t lost her touch as the Prince has yet to accept any of her matches.  But Kate isn’t too upset since she’s fallen for Sebastian herself.  Still, she’s bent on doing her job, and introduces him to Petra (Eva Trill, “Line of Duty”), her top match.  Heartbroken when they click, Kate runs off, unable to bear watching the happy couple at the Jubilee.  But while Petra certainly looks the part of a Queen, Valdovia’s future King can’t stop scanning the ballroom for his matchmaker.  But she’s already at the station waiting for her train out of town, believing she’s already found Sebastian his royal match.  “Royal Matchmaker” is a Brad Krevoy Television production.  Brad Krevoy, Eric Jarboe Amanda Phillips Atkins, Jimmy Townsend and Robin Bernheim Burger are executive producers.  Amy Krell serves as producer.  Vince Balzano is associate producer.  Michael Rohl directed from a script by Mark Amato.
