2018 will go down as a record year for Travel Channel, which had its best year in network history for P2+ (total viewers) and HH, averaging 503k P2+ and 384k HH in prime. With delivery up 13% for W25-54, +8% for P25-54, +4% for M25-54, 4% for P2+, and 6% for HHs in prime, Travel Channel is now a top 25 rated network for P25-54, moving up 7 slots to rank #25 in 2018. Travel Channel was the #4 network in ad-supported cable for ratings growth in 2018.

· Travel Channel also earned its best-rated year in network history in prime among P25-54 (.30) and W25-54 (.31)

· Travel Channel was up 15% in prime ratings over 2017 levels among P25-54s and W25-54 while also up 8% among M25-54, 4% among P2+, and 7% among HHs.

· In 2018, Travel ranked 30th among W25-54, 25th among M25-54, 29th in HHs, and 31st among P2+.

· In 4Q18, Weekly Time Spent Viewing for Travel Channel reached an all-time high of 97 minutes, a 40% increase over 4Q17 levels among P25-54s in Prime. P2+ Time Spent Viewing was also at an all-time high with 91 minutes, a 34% increase over 4Q17 levels.

· Top performing series for the year included Ghost Adventures (1.2M P2+), Expedition Unknown (972k), Legendary Locations (867k), Dead Files (757k) and Haunted Live (549k) +).

NEW YORK (June 21, 2018) - The return of Travel Channel's popular series "Ghost Adventures" kicked off with an all-time ratings high for the series - and the network. The 9 p.m. ET/PT season premiere on Saturday, June 16, featuring the Hotel Léger in Mokelumne Hill, California, posted a 1.13 P25-54 L3 rating - up 88 percent year-over-year and setting a record as Travel Channel's highest-rated program to date. Over 2.3 million total viewers tuned in to watch the episode, securing the #2 spot among ad-supported cable programs and #3 among all of television in P25-54 for the night.

"Ghost Adventures," airing Saturdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, follows paranormal investigators Zak Bagans and Aaron Goodwin, along with A/V techs Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley, as they travel to haunted destinations across the country to uncover the truth behind each location's haunted mystery, using the latest scientific gadgets and technology to obtain evidence of the paranormal. In the new episode airing this Saturday, June 23, the team investigates strange phenomena at a beloved amusement park in Turner, Oregon. The discovery of a bloody battle on the grounds of the park leads Zak Bagans to believe a residual energy could be responsible.

NEW YORK (November 3, 2017) - Travel Channel's hit paranormal investigative series, "Ghost Adventures," hosted by Zak Bagans and his team featuring Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley and Billy Tolley, scared up electrifying success for the network. Back-to-back special Halloween episodes, at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET/PT on Saturday, October 28, helped propel the network to top 10 positions among P25-54 and W25-54 for the night. It was Travel Channel's highest rated Saturday night in two years. Combined with the early October airings of the four-part "Hauntings of Vicksburg" episodes, the "Ghost Adventures" premiere episodes for the month attracted more than 4.1 million viewers.

"Ghost Adventures" also was a top performing show on TravelChannel.com throughout October, generating 75 percent year-over-year growth in its show content page views. Social media fans really loved the ghosts too. Facebook videos pegged to the "Ghost Adventures" Halloween specials attracted nearly 1 million video views with 9,300 shares; Zak Bagans' October 26 Facebook Live event produced 287,300 views and 66,700 total reactions. An official "Ghost Adventures" Instagram account was launched in October with 7,500 followers to date.

Attracting more than 1.4 million total viewers, the episode captured the #9 spot for all viewers A25-54 and the #8 spot for M25-54 in its timeslot among all ad-supported cable networks. It also was the series' highest-rated premiere episode since April 2015. Attracting more than one million viewers, the episode followed the culinary explorer along Lewis and Clark's famed Pacific Northwest trail.
