‘While He Was Sleeping’ to Air this Weekend
All-New “The Favorite Son” airs Friday, December 8 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT

When a successful luxury car dealer is murdered in his sleep, detectives shift their focus to one of the victim’s lovers. With a lack of hard evidence, the investigation stalls until a year later when one lucky clue breaks the case wide open. Josh Mankiewicz reports.
Due to NBC’s primetime schedule, the broadcast will air at different start times and dates this weekend, according to time zones:
- Eastern: airs at 9 p.m. ET on Saturday
- Central: airs at 8 p.m. CT on Saturday
- Pacific: airs at 10 p.m. PT on Sunday
- Mountain: Will be preempted this weekend. Viewers can watch the episode 'On Demand' or online Monday, December 11.
