Netflix returned for a fourth consecutive year to CCXP in Sao Paulo, delighting fans with surprise announcements, first look footage, cast panels and an exclusive experience on the convention floor. Please find details as well as photo and video assets below.
NETFLIX SERIES PANEL
Over 3,500 Brazilian fans packed into the main auditorium to be the first to hear special announcements and to be the first to see sneak peeks at Netflix’s upcoming original series including panels with cast members from Altered Carbon and 3% Season 2.
ALTERED CARBON PANEL
Joel Kinnaman, Martha Higareda, Dichen Lachman, Will Yun Lee and Renee Goldsberry from Netflix’s new series, Altered Carbon, gave the audience a first look at their upcoming series with never before seen footage and the teaser trailer. Altered Carbon launches in all territories where Netflix is available on February 2, 2018.

Bianca Comparato and Vaneza Oliveira delighted local fans with a Q&A about powerful women, their experience making the Netflix’s first Brazilian original series and a surprise premiere of the teaser for season 2.
SENSE8 BEHIND THE SCENES PANEL REVEAL
The Netflix series panel closed with an amazing surprise for fans - an exclusive behind the scenes sneak peek to the Sense8 Finale Special, which will premiere globally on Netflix in 2018.
MARVEL’S JESSICA JONES SEASON 2 DATE ANNOUNCEMENT
The night at CCXP kicked off with a surprise announcement -- Jessica Jones is getting back to unfinished business. Netflix announced that the second season of the series will premiere on March 8, 2018 at 12:01am PT in all territories where Netflix is available.

THE NETFLIX BOOTH
Throughout the weekend, fans are invited to step into a Netflix experience at the booth on the convention floor. The space features Netflix original films and series where fans can immerse themselves in the worlds of Bright and Altered Carbon, capture photos, get a sneak peek at upcoming titles and receive exclusive giveaways.
On Saturday, December 9, Nick Kroll completed a live streaming panel from the Netflix booth treating fans on the convention floor to some laughs as he spoke about his Netflix series, Big Mouth.
About Altered Carbon:
Based on the classic cyberpunk noir novel by Richard K. Morgan, Altered Carbon is an intriguing story of murder, love, sex, and betrayal, set more than 300 years in the future. Society has been transformed by new technology: consciousness can be digitized; human bodies are interchangeable; death is no longer permanent. Takeshi Kovacs is the lone surviving soldier in a group of elite interstellar warriors who were defeated in an uprising against the new world order. His mind was imprisoned – on ice – for centuries until Laurens Bancroft, an impossibly wealthy, long-lived man, offers Kovacs the chance to live again. In exchange, Kovacs has to solve a murder… that of Bancroft himself.

A post-apocalyptic thriller set in near-future Brazil, where a select few are allowed to join a privileged society after undergoing an intense and competitive process. Season 1 is now available on Netflix and Season 2 will be coming to the service in 2018.
About Marvel’s Jessica Jones S2:
New York City private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is beginning to put her life back together after murdering her tormenter, Kilgrave. Now known throughout the city as a super-powered killer, a new case makes her reluctantly confront who she really is while digging deeper into her past to explore the reasons why. Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) is joined by an incredible returning cast that includes Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth), Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse) and new cast members Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez, among others. Season 2 will premiere with thirteen (13) one-hour episodes.
About Big Mouth:
Big Mouth is a 10-episode, half-hour edgy adult animated comedy from real-life best friends Nick Kroll (Kroll Show, The League) and Andrew Goldberg (Family Guy) about the glorious nightmare that is teenaged puberty. Comedian John Mulaney (John Mulaney: The Comeback Kid, Saturday Night Live) lends his voice to the character of Andrew, while Kroll (who serves as co-creator, executive producer) voices many including best friend Nick. Maya Rudolph (Maya & Marty, Bridesmaids), Jason Mantzoukas (The League, Lady Dynamite), Jordan Peele (Keanu, Key and Peele), Fred Armisen (Portlandia, Documentary Now!), Jenny Slate (Girls, Lady Dynamite) and Jessi Klein (Inside Amy Schumer) are among those who lend their voice to the series. Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg and screenwriter-directors Mark Levin & Jennifer Flackett are all creators and executive producers on the series. Big Mouth is a Netflix production.
