“Ren Is the New Black” – Cynthia Ren’s crime syndicate is back, but this time Ren is in prison and it’s up to Amanda and Mitch to figure out how to stop the fraud, and how’s she’s pulling the strings behind bars. Meanwhile, the young woman who was responsible for Preston’s father’s death is getting out of prison, and Preston struggles to find how to react.
HOPE IN THE WILD
“Hope for Spring Babies” – Hope Swinimer and her team of interns and volunteers welcome an injured beaver. Also, Hope cares for baby starlings and rescues baby squirrels that have been trapped in a car’s dashboard.

“The Tortoise and the Husky” – A young Husky is seriously injured after a run in with a car. Can the SASH team stitch her back up and reunite Mischa with her loving family? Then, a critically endangered Galapagos tortoise named Hugo needs a health check...but it’ll take all of Tim’s team to help him get there.

THE SIXTH SEASON OF “CBS DREAM TEAM… IT’S EPIC!” PREMIERES SEPT. 29
“Hope in the Wild” Joins the Three-Hour Saturday Morning Block
CBS announced today that the sixth season of CBS DREAM TEAM… IT’S EPIC!, the three-hour Saturday morning block, will premiere Saturday, Sept. 29 (9:00 AM-12:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. HOPE IN THE WILD, a new live action series, will join the lineup.
HOPE IN THE WILD follows Hope Swinimer, a wildlife rehabilitation expert, and her dedicated team as they rescue and heal injured and orphaned animals of all kinds. Hope’s passion for wildlife conservation shines through everything she does to lead her team on their mission to care for and return each animal to the wild. From the pressure of saving an animal in critical condition, to the joy in witnessing its victorious return home, HOPE IN THE WILD will educate viewers on the day-to-day jobs of this animal care team and the species they encounter. This program is specifically designed to further the educational and informational needs of children, has educating and informing children as a significant purpose, and otherwise meets the definition of Core Programming as specified in the Commission’s rules.
The CBS DREAM TEAM Saturday morning lineup is a diverse, family-friendly schedule featuring compelling shows and stories of hope and compassion designed to enlighten, teach and inspire viewers to make a greater commitment to themselves, their families and their communities. The block is FCC educational/informational compliant, targeted to 13- to 16-year-olds and appealing to all viewers.

Emmy Award-winning host and animal trainer Brandon McMillan works with animal shelters across the U.S. to save one dog at a time, as he rescues lonely, unwanted dogs living without hope. Then, back at Brandon’s training facility known as the Lucky Dog Ranch, he goes to work on the seemingly impossible task of turning the frightened pooches into perfect pets. “From hopeless to a home” is Brandon’s mission, which he brings to life in each episode as a lucky family adopts an even luckier dog. Brandon McMillan received his second Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Host in a Lifestyle/Travel/Children’s or Family Viewing Program Award in 2018, and LUCKY DOG received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Class Series in 2016.

Chronicling the adventures of Dr. Chris Brown, DR. THE INSPECTORS
THE INSPECTORS is a scripted dramatic series set in Washington, D.C., inspired by compelling real cases handled by the United States Postal Inspection Service. In the series, Preston Wainwright (Bret Green), a determined young man who is thriving after being paralyzed in a car accident, works as an intern assisting his U.S. postal inspector mom, Amanda (Daytime Emmy Award winner Jessica Lundy), to solve crimes that deal with everything from internet scams, identity and mail theft, to consumer fraud. In season four, Preston’s dreams of walking again one day have taken a huge step toward reality. But the hard part has just begun, and his recovery becomes as mental as it is physical. PET VET DREAM TEAM follows talented veterinarians Dr. Lisa Chimes and Dr. Andrew Marchevsky of the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH), where they deal with compelling cases of ailing and injured pets. Viewers also see exotic animal expert Tim Faulkner in action at the Australian Reptile Park, where he cares for animals big and small, from crocodiles to koalas. Together, these three authorities race to cure their furry and feathered charges – educating viewers on a range of medical procedures and zoological practices along the way.
