NEW YORK, January 27, 2017 – Starring, directed and written by Joe DeRosa, “Joe DeRosa: You Let Me Down” premieres with limited commercial interruption on Friday, February 3 at Midnight ET/PT on Comedy Central.

Whether it’s the truth about golfers, the correct way to use Tinder or why it should be OK to punch people in the face, DeRosa has an opinion about it. In his one-hour special, “You Let Me Down,” he leaves no subject unexplored. What do all serial killers have in common? He’s got an answer. Is it weird for women to go topless in public? He has thoughts on that, too. Get ready to see things differently.

Leading up to the on-air premiere, Comedy Central Stand-Up and cc.com/DeRosa will feature preview clips from the special. Clips from “You Let Me Down” will also be available in the CC app and the Comedy Central channel on Snapchat Discover. Fans can follow Comedy Central Stand-Up at @standup, and tweet using the hashtag #YouLetMeDown to join the social conversation around the special.

“Joe DeRosa: You Let Me Down” will also be available on Saturday, February 4 on cc.com and in the Comedy Central App. The extended and uncensored album released by Comedy Central Records, home to the biggest names in stand-up, will be available for digital download on Tuesday, February 7. Writer, actor, and stand-up comedian, DeRosa is a favorite on the comedy circuit. In 2009, DeRosa was given his first “Comedy Central Presents” special. In 2011, he directed and, along with fellow comedians Bill Burr and Robert Kelly, co-wrote and starred in the short film “Cheat,” which premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival. In October 2012, Simon and Schuster released a book based on the film, which was written by the three comedians. DeRosa also created, wrote, and starred in The Warner Sound’s 2012 web series “What Are We Waiting For?” and Official Comedy’s 2013 web series “We Should Break Up.” DeRosa also has acting credits on hit shows such as “Better Call Saul,” “Bored to Death,” “Louie” and “Inside Amy Schumer.”
