With less than 2 weeks to go before their baby is born Zach & Tori have scheduled their C-section, but baby could come at any moment! And Zach's recent health episodes place added concern on the soon to be parents.
Then on the season 2 finale of 7 Little Johnstons at 10/9c the family needs a break, so they take off for a tropical vacation in Puerto Rico. Will they get the rest and relaxation they need, or will all the sun burn them out? Meanwhile, Amber and Trent deliberate on whether they should adopt again.
