“The Oscars Opening Ceremony captures the energy and excitement of the red carpet like no other,” said 90th Oscars producers Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd. “This year promises to be even better with exclusive interviews and access you won’t find anywhere else.”
“We challenged ourselves to make this, our fourth consecutive year producing the official Oscars pre-show, the most exciting one yet. From a new, circular stage literally in the middle of the Red Carpet, additional camera angles never seen before and a few surprises planned, we want viewers to feel like they’re right in the middle of the action,” said executive producer John R. Green.
“Oscars Opening Ceremony: Live From The Red Carpet” will be executive produced by John R. Green, Michael De Luca, Jennifer Todd, co-executive produced by Morgan Zalkin and directed by Jeff Winn. Marty Pasetta Jr. serves as creative consultant.
