Suits - Announcement for 'Season 7' DVDs...The Last One With Patrick J Adams and Meghan Markle Arriving in stores at the end of May from Universal Studios Home Entertainment

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has this morning alerted retailers that on May 29th they will release the USA Network cable channel's Suits - Season 7 on DVD. It's a landmark season, as some cast members are leaving the show by the end of these episodes. The sixth season marked the main cast departure of Firefly alumni Gina Torres. Her character returned in the seventh season, however, in a recurring role. The seventh season finale would up being a "backdoor pilot" for a possible (as-yet-unnamed) spinoff show, starring Torres. That's still to-be-determined. The seventh season also marks the departure of main cast members Patrick J Adams and Meghan Markle, whose characters have been a couple on the show. Markle, as most of the world knows, is set to marry Prince Harry of the U.K. in a couple of months. For his part, Adams has reportedly explained that he might be available to return to the show on occasion, but he wants to spend more time with his family. You can see the ins and outs of these and other characters for the 16 episodes of Suits - Season 7 this spring, prior to the eighth season's broadcast debut with new cast (Dulé Hill of Psych and The West Wing, and Katherine Heigl of Roswell and Grey's Anatomy). The 4-disc Season 7 set will be priced at $39.98 SRP. Extras, if any, haven't been revealed yet.
