This set brings together all six critically acclaimed seasons and two feature-length movies of this groundbreaking historical drama capturing the enduring spirit of the American West. The classic family western starring the incomparable Jane Seymour as a Boston physician that settles in a small town in the Old West, and forever changes the lives of its inhabitants.
A+E Video's distributor, Lionsgate Entertainment, has announced to retailers that Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman - The Complete Series: 25th Anniversary is coming out as a 42-DVD package on June 12th. A+E has released The Complete Series twice before, in a limited edition Megaset package in 2008, and then a year later (2009) in more shelf-friendly packaging. These have both become out-of-print, but now is returning to store shelves in time to celebrate the 1993 show's 25-year anniversary!

The previous sets were also 42 discs, so it is believed at present time that the on-disc contents are going to be identical to the previous packages (therefore, if you already own them, there may not be a reason to buy the set all over again). Package art (seen below) is using the same key artwork as was utilized on the 2009 release, but the Lionsgate name is noticeable on the bottom of the package spine. Cost is $99.98 SRP, a third less than the 2009 release and less than half the list price of the original 2008 release. If you haven't gotten this classic show on DVD yet, here's your chance!
