Wedding Bells Ring as Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Geoff Gustafson Return as The POstables

With Guest Stars Gregory Harrison, Barry Bostwick, Keb’ Mo’ and a Special Appearance by Carol Burnett

STUDIO CITY, CA – June 1, 2018 – The genuinely heartwarming love story of Norman and Rita culminates a week before their wedding when the POstables investigate a package for a young woman that holds the key to her missing mother in “Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To the Altar,” premiering Sunday, July 15 (9 p.m. ET/PT) on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.  Eric Mabius (“Ugly Betty”), Kristin Booth (“Orphan Black”), Crystal Lowe (“Smallville”) and Geoff Gustafson (“Primeval: New World”) return as The POstables.  The movie also stars Gregory Harrison and Barry Bostwick, and features special appearances by Carol Burnett and Keb’ Mo’, marking both their returns to the “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” franchise.  When plans for Rita (Lowe) and Norman’s (Gustafson) long-awaited wedding begins falling apart days before their nuptials, their challenges inspire changes that make their wedding more meaningful.  Meanwhile, Shane (Booth) convinces Oliver (Mabius) that the team should urgently focus on finding clues to deliver a package containing a wedding dress.  Their investigation uncovers a fascinating relationship between a mother and daughter sadly separated for years by surprising and heartbreaking circumstances.  In classic POstables style, the team sets out to not only deliver the package to the daughter, they aim to orchestrate a reunion as well.  As challenges continue with Norman and Rita’s wedding planning, Oliver gets much-needed guidance from his father Joe (Harrison) as he throws a surprise bachelor party for Norman.  The biggest surprise is the return of Norman’s beloved, free-spirited, globe-trotting grandmother Ardis (Burnett), who joins from halfway around the world in a unique way.  As Ardis visits with partygoers, she and Rita’s dad (Bostwick) join forces to surprise Rita with the wedding gift her recently deceased mother wanted to give her.  Keb’ Mo’ returns as Gabe to play at the wedding.  During the romantic yet non-traditional ceremony, one that’s perfectly suited for Rita and Norman, they and their guests find the miracles they need at the altar.  “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” is a comedic drama franchise that follows the lives of postal workers who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail.  Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time. “Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To the Altar” is a Muse Entertainment production in association with MoonWater Productions.  Executive producers are Martha Williamson, Joel S. Rice, Michael Prupas and Kevin Fair.  Kevin Fair directed from a script written by Martha Williamson.
