“DARLIE ROUTIER: The Fight” – After 21 years, the Darlie Routier story culminates in this final episode where Darlie’s current defense team explores alternative theories that the jury may not have fully considered and lays out their strategy for a retrial. With Darlie’s execution impending, she and Darin reveal the agony of love under a death sentence, on “The Last Defense,” TUESDAY, JULY 3 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.
“DARLIE ROUTIER: The Fight” was directed by Jeremiah Crowell.
“The Last Defense” is executive produced by Viola Davis, Julius Tennon and Andrew Wang for JuVee Productions; Christine Connor and Lee Beckett for XCON Productions; Vanessa Potkin, Aida Leisenring and Morgan Hertzan for Lincoln Square Productions. The series will air on The ABC Television Network.
“The Last Defense” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned to this episode at a later date.
