WE tv Reveals a Dramatic Sneak Peek of the Highly Anticipated Return of “Growing Up Hip Hop” Season 4

In the turbulent return of Growing Up Hip Hop Season 4, hip hop’s hottest heirs serve their iconic parents a feast of scandal and betrayal; and dig into the mysterious death of one of hip hop’s royalty—Eazy E. The OG’s will come face to face with the truth about what they have built, and the pitfalls that come with the flashy family name. WE tv’s hit series “Growing Up Hip Hop” returns Thursday, January 10 at 9pm ET/PT.

This Season, Romeo Miller may appear to be walking in the footsteps of his father, Master P, but behind the scenes, Romeo struggles to juggle the demands of the No Limit lifestyle. Love is on the horizon as Angela Simmons, once again captures Romeo’s attention. Just when the romantic sparks start to ignite, Angela’s old flame, Bow Wow, pops up and fires up an epic battle of the Lil’s!  A jaw-dropping scandal threatens to destroy Pepa’s empire when her fiery relationship with her 29 -year-old bodyguard goes public. Egypt Criss (Pepa’s Daughter) stands by her mother’s side when salacious rumors and secrets are exposed and Pepa is faced with a major ultimatum: choosing between her new love and Salt-N-Pepa. Boogie Dash, recently released from rehab, starts his journey to overcome his biggest fear of all: the uphill battle of his father, Damon Dash’s high expectations. Meanwhile, the pressures of being on television may have becomes too much to bear, for hip hop’s scrappy outsider, Briana Latrise. Her friends, including surrogate father, Damon Dash, become concerned when she begins to spiral out of control and goes on a destructive rampage! Newcomers, Lil Twist and Eric Wright Jr. aka Lil Eazy-E (Eazy-E’s son) enter the scene and challenge the inner circle. Lil Twist makes his move on the princess of hip hop, Egypt, which falls under the radar of her overprotective boyfriend. Eric embarks on his own dangerous investigation to get to the truth of his father’s mysterious death. But as he begins his pursuit of justice, will he be ready for what’s on the other side of the doors he is opening? Vanessa and Angela Simmons’s brainchild, Pastry, presents the sisters with a major opportunity. However, a tug of war begins as Angela’s schedule may make it difficult for her to participate. Will Vanessa start making plans to move forward without her sister? Meanwhile, their brother JoJo Simmons plans to do something no other Simmons child has ever done before and enlists the help of his sisters to pull off the biggest surprise of all time. But everything comes crashing down when Angela’s ex-fiancé, and father to her son, Sutton, is tragically shot and killed. In her darkest hour, Angela’s friends go rushing to her side.
