Dunkin’ Donuts and “America’s Got Talent” Expand Multi-Platform Partnership with New Digital and Social Elements

NEW YORK, May 23, 2017 – NBC and FremantleMedia North America today announced that Dunkin’ Donuts will return to summer’s #1 show,“America’s Got Talent” (AGT), for the show’s 12th season. The season-long, multi-platform partnership will feature extensive digital, on-air and social integrations, including new elements such as a Facebook Live series, a co-branded Snapchat ad and “AGT”-branded replica judge’s cups to be sold in participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants.

When “AGT” premieres on May 30th, the show will begin incorporating a Dunkin’ co-branded ad featuring a time lapse video of different acts inviting fans to view additional content on Snapchat not included in the broadcast. Then once the live shows kick-off, behind the scenes content with presented by Dunkin’ will be featured on the program’s Facebook page. Additionally, replica AGT-branded judge’s cups will be made available at participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants nationwide.

Returning partnership elements include the popular Dunkin’ Lounge segments with exclusive contestant interviews that will air during the live results shows and on NBC.com, as well as the “Dunkin’ Save,” where viewers can keep their favorite acts from being eliminated during the live result broadcasts. Shortly after 5 p.m., fans in the Pacific time zone will be able to follow the save process by monitoring the “America’s Got Talent” social profiles and can participate once the save window is opened.
