iZombie - 'The Complete 3rd Season' DVDs: Release Date, Box Art, Cost Coming to stores from Warner during the second half of August!

Will Seattle become the capital of the zombie homeland? In season three, Liv has discovered there are more zombies living in Seattle than she previously believed, including a private military contractor employing a zombie army that is preparing for the day humans learn of their existence. Major finds acceptance in this army, and Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a zombie family that may set off an all-out zombie-human war. Ravi's former boss at the Center for Disease Control shows up in Seattle to investigate the Max Rager massacre. Blaine finds living as a human with no memory of his evil past is more blessing than curse. Peyton pulls at a thread in one of her cases that may lead to the villain that's pulling all the strings. This action-packed season will see Liv take on the traits of a dominatrix, a JACKASS-style stunt man, an office gossip, a pre-school teacher, a conspiracy theorist, a dungeon master, and more. It's been just over a month since the newest season of 13 episodes debuted on The CW, and we're only a few episodes into it thus far! But even so, we've got word that DVDs are on-the-way for iZombie - The Complete 3rd Season. Warner Home Video hasn't formally announced it yet, but an Amazon.com pre-order listing (see button link below) shows that a 3-DVD set priced at $24.98 SRP will be available starting August 22nd. In the past, the studio has also made a Blu-ray Disc version of the first two seasons available for online sales, as a manufacture-on-demand (MOD) item sold via their Warner Archive program. No word on that for the third season yet, but then again it's not likely to be announced for Blu MOD until much closer to the title's release date. Also, being this early, the title's street date may not be finalized, and could be subject to change. For now, though, here's the DVD cover art:
