A week ago we broke the news that on December 19th the BBC Shop will begin selling DVDs and Blu-ray Discs for Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency - Season 2 (which doesn't even begin airing on BBC America until late October). At the time we didn't know if that was a BBC Shop-exclusive date, or a general retail date. Now we have a clue about the answer to this question! Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders for the DVD version of this title, and it's got a later date! Early 2018, in fact. Per Amazon, the "wide" general retail release of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency - Season 2 seems to be Tuesday, January 23rd. As we predicted, the list price for the DVD version is $29.98 SRP. Package art, details, and extras (if any) still haven't been finalized, but stay tuned for continued updates!
