Spirit Riding Free - 'Seasons 1-4' DVD Set for the Netflix Spin-Off of the 2002 Theatrical Film 4-disc set will be in stores early this June

DreamWorks' Spirit: Riding Free is a story about three best friends, the horses they love, and a world of adventure. Lucky, a gutsy 12-year-old girl, befriends a wild mustang she names Spirit. With her two best friends, Abigail and Pru, and their horses by their sides, they explore a world filled with endless rides and never-ending fun. Together they'll push their own limits and discover what it truly means to be free. In 2002, Dreamworks released an animated theatrical film, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. About a year ago, Netflix began showing the television spin-off of that film: Spirit Riding Free. Here, the "Spirit" in question is the offspring of the "Spirit" from the 2002 film, and he bonds with "Lucky Prescott" (Amber Franks, aka Amber Montana of The Haunted Hathaways), a newly-arrived young city girl. Since then, the streaming service has shown 26 episodes of the animated Dreamworks series, which has been broken into four "seasons" (six episodes, then seven, then seven more, then six more). Now Universal Studios Home Entertainment is planning to bring all of that to you on DVD! June 5th will see the release of Spirit Riding Free - Seasons 1-4, a 4-disc set priced at $22.98 SRP.
