New York, NY, September 3, 2019 - Paramount Network's hit drama Yellowstone finished its record-breaking second season with a number of #1 ranks: the top summer series across all of cable TV among total viewers (5.1 million average); as well as the #1 scripted series in the key P18-49 (1.93 rating) and P25-54 (2.71 rating) demos among cable and broadcast; and cable's #1 summer series among total viewers.

The season finale on August 28 averaged 5.7 million total viewers in Live +3 viewing (up +14% vs. season two average), making it the #1 cable telecast for the night. This was Yellowstone's strongest episode in series history among total viewers, P18-34 (1.37) and W18-49 (2.26 rating).
Yellowstone finished season two up double digits in all demos compared to season one: (all data Live+3)
· P18-49: 1.93 average season two rating, up +55% from season one
· M18-49: 1.96 average season two rating, up +49% from season one
· W18-49: 1.89 average season two rating, up +61% from season one
· P25-54: 2.71 average season two rating, up +49% from season one

In addition to the series record-breaking performance across linear, Yellowstone also set a new series benchmark on digital with over 66 million views across platforms, up +145% vs. season one.

The series stars world-renowned actor and Oscar(R)-winner Kevin Costner as John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States. This was Yellowstone's second strongest week in series history with P18-49, W18-49 (2.1 rating), M18-49 (2.1 rating), W25-54 (2.8 rating), and total viewers. Overall, Yellowstone season two continues its run as cable's most-watched summer series. Additionally, the series drew 2.1 million social video views across all platforms.

Episode 207 also ranked as the highest-rated telecast among P18-49 (2.3 rating) and P25-54 (3.1 rating) across all of TV on August 7, while also topping cable among total viewers, P18-49 and P25-54. The episode hit series high ratings across the board.

Yellowstone continues its run as cable's most-watched summer series. Ratings for last week's episode 207 are included below (all numbers are L+3):
· Total viewers: 5.4 million, up +10% from last week, up +11% from season to date
· P18-49: 2.3 rating, up +20% from last week, up +27% from season to date
· W18-49: 2.3 rating, up +26% from last week, up +31% from season to date

Following Yellowstone on August 7, hit unscripted series The Last Cowboy hit new season highs with P18-49, W18-49, and M18-49 and W25-54. Episode 103 recorded a .36 P18-49 rating (+7% from the previous week); .41 W18-49 rating (+13%); .31 M18-49 rating (+1%); and a .55 W25-54 rating (+11%). The Last Cowboy ranked #2 on all of cable in its time slot among P25-54 (rank based on coverage rating).

The brand jumped +4% compared to the same quarter last year in M18-49 ratings (.16) and +2% in W18-49 ratings (.15).

Paramount Network also increased its share growth by +11% from last year's second quarter, driving the brand's biggest year-over-year share gain among P18-49 in five years. Share among M18-49 increased +14% year-over year (1.12), while share jumped +9% among W18-49 (.88).

Across the night, Yellowstone earned a gross average audience of 3.9 million total viewers (includes Paramount Network premiere and encores, in addition to a CMT simulcast and TV Land encore). It ranks as the #1 most-watched original cable premiere this summer.

Fueled By Its Originals, Primetime Ratings Up +93% With Adults 18-49 and +85% in Viewership
"Waco" Debuts To A Strong Start Delivering 1.9 Million Viewers

New York, NY, January 29, 2018 - Paramount Network is off to an impressive start in its first week, buoyed by the strength of its original series, "Waco," "Lip Sync Battle," and "Ink Master." In primetime, Paramount Network is up +93% in Adults 18-49 and +85% in viewership vs last quarter. With a new daytime lineup featuring more broad-reaching series such as "Friends" and an influx of higher-profile movies, Paramount Network's Total Day is up +46% with Adults 18-49 and +49% in viewers.

Also, demonstrating the mission to attract more women with broader programming, Paramount Network drew +82% more Women 18-49 in primetime compared to last quarter.

Here are highlights from the first week (January 18-24):
Waco - (January 24 premiere)
· The highest rated drama series premiere on ad-supported cable since August.
· 1.9 million viewers with a 1.1 rating with Adults 18-49
· With the CMT simulcast, 2.4 million viewers and 1.4 rating with Adults 18-49
Lip Sync Battle: Live Michael Jackson Celebration - (January 18 premiere)
· Ranked #1 in its basic cable time period with P18-49 (1.1 rating), W18-49 (1.2 rating), and W18-34 (1.1 rating)
· #1 cable show on social for the night
· The YouTube live stream tallied over 4 million views
Ink Master (January 23- new episode)
· 1.4 million viewers with a 1.1 rating among Adults 18-49
· #1 in ad-supported cable in time period among Women 18-49 (1.0 rating)
"Indiana Jones" Movies Event- (January 20 and 21)
· Primetime airings of Paramount Pictures' iconic "Indiana Jones" titles delivered an +86% increase in Adults 18-49, +60% in Women 18-49 and +118% in average audience vs last quarter.
