NEW YORK, November 5, 2019 – As part of its ongoing “Votegasm 2020” coverage of the presidential campaign, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah will welcome Democratic presidential candidates Cory Booker and Julián Castro as guests on Tuesday, November 5 and Wednesday, November 6, respectively. The late night franchise will also be live on Wednesday, November 20 at 11:00 p.m. ET, providing instant analysis and late night’s earliest commentary about the Democratic Party’s fifth round of presidential primary debates. MSNBC anchor and author Alicia Menendez will be the show’s guest that night. The Daily Show will react to the debate in real time across its social media accounts. 
  The Daily Show with Trevor Noah has proven to be a key stop for candidates seeking the 2020 Democratic nomination for president, including Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Andrew Yang, Michael Bennet, Marianne Williamson, Steve Bullock, as well as other prominent political figures such as Barack Obama, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rand Paul, John Kasich, Chris Christie, 2020 Republican candidate Mark Sanford, and former 2020 Democratic candidates Beto O’Rourke, Bill de Blasio, Kirsten Gillibrand, Jay Inslee, Tim Ryan and  Eric Swalwell.

The November 20th episode will mark the 16th time The Daily Show with Trevor Noah has aired live, having done so following the previous six 2020 Democratic debate nights, the 2018 and 2019 State of the Union Addresses, the night of the 2018 midterm elections, throughout the 2016 Presidential Election season, including the final nights of the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, after the Presidential and Vice Presidential debates, and election night.
