REINCE PRIEBUS NAMED CBS NEWS POLITICAL ANALYST

Reince Priebus has been named a CBS News political analyst, it was announced today. Priebus, President Donald Trump’s first White House chief of staff and former chairman of the Republican National Committee, will contribute analysis of political coverage on all CBS News broadcasts and platforms.
Priebus joined the CBS News Special Report with CBS EVENING NEWS anchor and managing editor Norah O’Donnell, FACE THE NATION moderator Margaret Brennan, 60 MINUTES correspondent Lesley Stahl and 60 MINUTES correspondent and CBS News senior political analyst John Dickerson today for coverage of the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump. Priebus is currently the president and chief strategist of the law firm Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP. Before his tenure in the White House and with the RNC, Priebus was the chairman of the Republican Party in Wisconsin. He also previously served as a visiting fellow at Institute of Politics at Harvard’s Kennedy School and is currently an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
